1. Jika barang yang anda pesan tidak tersedia (stock habis), maka pihak bosmayur akan memberitahu Anda melalui Customer Service via Email atau WhatsApp dan kami akan melakukan refund sesuai dengan nominal barang tersebut. Proses refund diperlukan waktu 1×24 jam setelah anda menerima pesanan anda.
2. Mohon untuk pihak customer mengecek kembali barang pesanan Anda jika telah di terima. Jika terdapat kerusakan atau kekurangan pada pesanan Anda, diharapkan untuk menghubungi pihak bosmayur melalui email ataupun WA dalam waktu 1×24 jam saat barang diterima.
3. Barang pesanan anda akan dikirimkan sesuai dengan alamat yang tertara pada proses checkout dan pengiriman akan dikirim melalui pihak ketiga (Grab/Gojek). Kami harap untuk memberikan informasi yang benar & akurat dalam bagian pengiriman.
4. Waktu pengiriman akan dilakukan dua trip dalam satu hari ,trip pertama pada pagi hari pukul 10, lalu trip kedua pada sore hari pukul 5.
5. Kami selalu berusaha untuk mencantumkan harga yang terbaru. Namun harga bisa berubah sewaktu waktu tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya dikarenakan harga dari distributor ataupun kesalahan input harga. Untuk mendapatkan harga terakhir, kami sarankan untuk menghubungi kami melalui Email ataupun Whatsapp. Kami berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk menyakinkan ketepatan seluruh informasi yang dimuat.
6. Gambar produk yang ditampilkan di dalam situs ini hanya sebagai referensi saja, produk yang sebenarnya dapat berbeda dari gambar yang di tampilkan.
